I misspoke since there’s so little information about transdermals/suppositores. Transdermals and Suppositories are actually ABOVE inhalation as far as bioavailability.

Approximate Bioavailabilites of the Methods are (with some corrections from the stream)-
Inhalation: 40%
Transdermal: 70%
Suppositories: 60-70%
Sublingual: 35%
Oral: 5-15%
Topical: None gets into blood stream
